In 2021, Health Data Movers (HDM) engaged the expertise of KelsC. Consulting. Working directly with HDM’s president, Greg Georgatos, KelsC. Consulting was offered the opportunity to act as the company’s executive consultant advisor, providing guidance and partnership through large-scale expansion and growth.

Roadmap to Success

HDM’s expansion presented KelsC. Consulting with the opportunity to work alongside company president Greg Georgatos to build a detailed roadmap for growth and provide expert guidance in the execution of each step. 

With the help of KelsC. Consulting, HDM’s expansion included the creation of the Advisory Consulting Executives (ACE) Team,syndicate of industry experts functioning under the HDM brand to provide on-demand subject matter expertise and business development services.

Kelsey has been a long time HDM partner, and she helped provide that creativeness when building our advisory program in 2021.

It began with a much needed in-person trip to New York with our delivery team where we reviewed our capabilities and brainstormed offerings. When matching offerings to our core competencies, advisory services was at the top of the list. To build and formalize HDM’s advisory services, Kelsey and I (with the help of Class Act Media) went to work putting together the necessary content and deliverables to build “ACE” HDM’s Advisory Executive Consultant service.
